찾은 솔루션:제가 보기엔 오타가 있었어요, 뷰백Typo <--- 오류가 발생했지만 디버거는 관련 없는 위치에 예외를 배치했습니다.

이 오류는 레이저 코드에서 메서드를 호출하는 ViewBag가 존재하지 않는 경우에 발생합니다.
